Spring is in the air… and on our menus. This Friday, April 21st, our new seasonal selections debut in all restaurants!
It’s the time of year for fresh new greens to emerge, so we’re adding baby kale as an option for your salad base (healthy eaters, rejoice!). Enjoy a pop of sweetness and color with our grilled beets and pickled golden raisins, or add some extra creaminess and spice with our whipped green feta topping. Still craving more veggies? Our bright spring vegetable relish will be your new favorite addition.
All these new options are exciting, but if you feel overwhelmed, we have some brand new chef creations to simplify the decision-making process while still incorporating all our sensational springtime menu items. Our Falafel & Beet Quinoa Bowl is a hearty yet light entree featuring the best of our seasonal options, and our Beet, Olive, & Spicy Feta Salad is equally fresh, full of crunch and flavor.
We’re not just stopping there. Fans of our cold-pressed lemonade will be thrilled to know that we have a refreshing new drink coming to the menu: mandarin rosewater agua fresca. Slightly floral yet slightly fruity, this bright orange beverage is the perfect way to sip away a sunny afternoon.
