I lived in LA for many years and moved into the Maxfield Lofts just over 4 months ago – what a great building to live in! My apartment is quiet, clean, modern amenities with old world charm, and I have a great view of downtown LA! Even though I’m in the studio, I have a living room, bedroom, kitchen, creative space and office space to myself. The building managers are friendly and helpful and are quick to resolve any maintenance issues. Ashley, the leasing agent, helped make moving here easy and comfortable and was very friendly every time I saw her. I feel safe here, especially with the tenant parking across the street and no vagrants in front of the Maxfield building. Unfortunately due to Covid-19 I haven’t been able to use the roof or the gym yet, so that’s the only thing I miss. The good thing about the fashion district is that when I drive home at night, I can see the sanitation workers cleaning the street garbage during the day. I’m close to everything I need and there’s so much history in the city that I appreciate walking around – I love it!
New Apartment Brings Touch Of Glamour To Los Angeles
I enjoyed my stay here, Maxfield Lofts is one of the best places in terms of management, amenities, overall living and security. I was born and raised in Los Angeles, my first loft and I couldn’t be happier with the floor, the care and the neighbors. If you are renting or looking to own a loft for the first time, I highly recommend Maxfield Lofts. – And now
Worst apartment ever! The water freezes and I complain for months! Don’t let the cute building with amenities fool you. They have serious problems in this building and they don’t care about any of them because the managers don’t live here. No doubt they will appear as many times as you call to calm you down, but in reality the nightmare continues. The water here was never warm and now it’s freezing cold. I’ve been complaining since the first week I moved in. I don’t care about any of their $2000 a month excuses, I need a solution. This apartment is bad DO NOT RENT HERE!!!! Total waste of money and personal energy! They just don’t care. BEWARE OF THIS COZY BUILDING! I wish I could give them zero stars, trust me they deserve it! Great job guys! Cannon Management is the parent company. Avoid all traits, they lack integrity.
