Let’s say I’ve started counting down to the end of my lease. 2 weeks more. So I would say, 12 months of living at this property it has been mostly deserted. And what do I like about them. Well another thing.. DAMN IT. THIS IS THE BIGGEST PROBLEM. I had to call pest control to get them out a lot. And sadly it doesn’t help at all. If it weren’t for the cockroaches, I would have given up on the lease. But yes, I have to go!! I think they should get another company out with the spray. Though the treatment is good.
Everything else is great. However, maintenance takes a long time to do anything. We have had requests for 2 months now
