The words we speak to our loved ones can either build them up or tear them down. Just because we don’t feel the same pain, doesn’t mean their pain isn’t real. But what we say can only speak.

Depression Help: Helping Someone With Depression

In my practice, I often hear people talking about or about friends and loved ones who are depressed. I don’t much believe it was intentional, but they just didn’t know any better and made the comments. The Bible also says, “My people will perish for lack of knowledge” (Hosea 4:6).
