The psychotherapist helped me think of different ways to calm myself down when I was stressed, such as using a weighted blanket or essential oils, and encouraged me to return to my routines. hobbies like writing and playing the piano. I felt better as I found myself getting back into a healthy routine and enjoying my usual hobbies.
