If you look in some kind of dictionary or online resource under “doubt” you will find a picture of me losing weight without feeling hungry. Or, in terms of losing baby weight, for that matter. Baby Weight – I’ve been there nine times since I had nine kids. I had no problem losing weight after giving birth, at least until baby number nine. It may have something to do with getting older (oh, I gave birth in my 40s… read that twice). But, when I looked in the mirror, I was not happy with what I saw. And, I know I can’t do it alone.
