Fetching Google Calendar Data Without Oauth By Using Google Scripts

For the project I am working on, I need to interact with Google Calendar. If you have ever worked with some of Google’s APIs, you know that their documentation can be very confusing. It is not that they do not have the file, but for example the common use case code is not there. You have to go through many pages to find out the basics, such as how to create an authorized request, let alone how to download event logs. In this post I want to explain how people can read how to install and use Google Calendar API.

Get confidential information The first thing you need to do is get some credentials to use the Google APIs. I assume you have already created a Google Account and signed in. Go to the Google API homepage and click “Choose Project” in the header. Select “Create New Project” in the menu that opens. You can name this project as you wish.

We then need to determine which APIs the project can use. In the list of available APIs, click “Google Calendar API”. On the next screen, click “Activate”.

Open the Calendar Details tab to view the calendar ID. We will need this ID later.

Calendar access in PHP Now that everything is installed in Google, finally write some PHP. In your project make sure you need ‘google / apiclient’ in ‘composer.json’. This piece of code can be used to download all events in your calendar: “ `$ client = new Google_Client ();
