The view from the front porch and the proximity to Lake Ashford make for a relaxing time after a day’s work. A lakeside patio and deck, along with a community pool add the finishing touches to this premium home for a lifetime of enjoyment. The office management and staff are excellent, Regina, Anh and Bernice are very professional, have a positive attitude and help when needed. The office staff here are friendly and engaging with residents, always offering opportunities for community meet and greets. When I call for support or service they follow up quickly. Ashford Lakes is a great and safe environment for singles and families alike. Even if you have more than one vehicle, parking can be a bit of a challenge. My experience here is refreshing so I can recommend Ashford Lakes Apartments to those who are looking for a clean, low and good environment with luxury effect. Love the rooms and great location, pool area, facilities are small, weight room is great. Unfortunately all this was covered up by the management there. Cases are dealt with carelessly and the landlords of the house we are in are blamed. They did not solve the problem, so in 3-4 months, we are solving the sewage problem one by one. of our bathroom. We wrote a negative review and a lawyer contacted us! I’m so glad I got to go!

I love these houses! Absolutely beautiful and worth every penny. Management is very friendly and helpful when needed. If you are looking for a great and peaceful place to stay, this is it. I would say this apartment 10/10!

It is a five-star hotel with a great management team and maintenance staff who care about the residents and work hard to fulfill requests! SUPERIOR SERVICE!!!One story on two story lot with private pool, next to local playground. Recent A/C, carpet, interior paint. Will keep gas fireplace, atrium, large master bedroom, pool bar and owner’s pool.
