Black Mold Symptoms
Mold can be a common problem in homes, and while not always dangerous, it can cause structural damage to the home and, if left untreated and undetected, can have a negative impact on your health.

If you notice a slight musty smell in your home, it could also be a sign of mold.
“Many different types of mold have different odors, so it’s difficult to pinpoint the exact odor, but if it’s an odor that’s not common in your home or building, it should be investigated,” explained George Hernandez, PuroClean’s VP of Operations.

“In more severe cases, people get chronic nosebleeds, but again, it’s very difficult, you know, usually you don’t think it’s mold, that it’s your house. It makes you sick,” Hayes-Wright said.
