Before I go here Let me start with an explanation. I realized that my fat loss story was pretty insignificant in comparison. I have never fought against severe obesity. And I’ve always maintained a healthy self-esteem and self-image, even as I put on weight over the years. My problem with losing fat over the past decade has been maintaining my weight. Like many people, I tend to change my diet for a few months, lose weight and then go back to my old diet. Exercise is easier for me.
