Even the best speakers have a hard time keeping their nerves, nerves, or muscles from expressing their true feelings.
Here are some “tells” (act the person who doesn’t know they’re doing it) that someone is lying that you can include in your writing:

Here’s how to tell if someone is lying… Many people lie and cheat – here’s how to tell.
ONE THING was underlined by Ashley Madison: it is very bad that many people lie and cheat in the world, or at least they want to.
For those of us who are not in that camp, lying can be one of the most confusing, misunderstood aspects of human nature.
Spot A Liar: Non Verbal Cues To Know If Someone Is Lying Thru His Eyes
The Ashley Madison incident prompted fraud expert Paul Ekman, Ph.D. send us a list of 8 myths about lying.
Ekman is known for his research on lies. The television series Lie to Me, which ran for three seasons from 2009 to 2011, was based on his work. He is also a consultant for the show Inside Out and has been hired by everyone from national security to politicians.
Myth number 1 – Everyone lies. Not so. They are not serious issues, but they are not lies that, if caught, can result in the end of a relationship, job, freedom, big money or life itself. These are what I call high lies; These are the lies that the police and the FBI are trying to catch. These are the lies of criminals, terrorists, fraudsters, thieves and what the police call “bad people”.
Myth #2 – No one is lying. Hard. Almost everyone tells low-level lies. Respect, for example, or praising the host for a nice meal and conversation, flirting, etc. No one really expects to tell the truth in such situations.
I Think Someone May Have Lied About Their Age..
Myth number 3 – Women can detect lies better than men. No I can’t; most people are terrible liars, deceived again and again by high-falutin’ lies. They often want to believe a lie. Do you want to know that your loved one is unfaithful, that your children are using illegal drugs, that the person you recommended for the job is stealing? These are the truths that are difficult to accept, so the focus of lying is often linked to misleading because the truth is very painful.
Myth #4 – Psychopaths are complete liars. Psychopaths are not better at lying than anyone else, but it’s so nice that we want to believe them, and we believe it.
Myth #5 – Looking up and to the left is a sign of lying. Research shows that how you look before answering a question has nothing to do with whether you lie.
Myth #6 – Scary visions are proof of a lie. Short facial expressions show hidden emotions, a kind of lie, but the innocent person under suspicion can cover their fear or anger because of suspicion. You need to find out why they are hiding their feelings so you can judge if it is a sign that they are guilty of the crime you are investigating.

Myth #7 – The polygraph is a reliable lie detector. Scientists haven’t found a silver bullet that works for all liars. The polygraph, the so-called lie detector, is more than a chance. However, it has its value in the investigation of crimes – if only one of the suspects fails the test, he is the first to be investigated, and remember that this suspect may be the most anxious or worried in disbelief, though innocent. .
Myth No. 8 – It is difficult to tell a lie from the behavior of people. There are what I like to call “hot flashes” that tell you that you are not getting the whole story. If you really want to catch a lie, there are almost thirty different places to look.
Facial expressions and gestures are two of the most important, but there are many other factors. For example, a small shrug, usually of one shoulder, corresponds to a verbal expression of confidence that is an example of a “hot” to show in the show. Something is wrong. The second is to shake the head a little no, just a little, if you say yes.

“It doesn’t matter what language you speak, where you live, or what you do – the faces you show in anger, fear, sadness, disgust, surprise, Hate and happiness will be the same”. “You share this information with all human beings, and most of them with great apes,” said Dr. Ekman.
