He let me cry and comforted me. He heard what I could say on my lips and asked what he was doing. “Just talk, tell me something to focus. Just one thing.”

We talked on the phone for a total of 45 minutes and by the end I was relieved. I’m still tired and exhausted, but I can breathe again without crying all the time.
