When you create a Google Form on your Mac or PC, you can add two tabs, one for questions (the form) and one for answers.
Although you may want to distribute the completed form widely, you will probably want to restrict access to answers to a few contributors. This may be especially true if you are collecting personal information such as addresses or phone numbers.

3. If you want to email the form, enter the email address of the person you want to fill out the form with in the pop-up window. You can also customize the email subject line, message, and whether or not to include the form in the email.
4. To share a link to the form, click the link icon in the center of the pop-up window. This gives you a link that you can copy and send to people.
5. If you want to embed the form on a website, click the embed icon on the right side of the pop-up window. Copy the embed code and paste it on your site. You can adjust the size of the form by editing the width and height in this window. Note: If you’re using WordPress, paste this HTML code into a text editor, not a visual editor.
6. You can also share your form on Facebook or Twitter using the share icon on the right side of the popup.

When you create a Google Form, anyone who finds the link can submit answers to questions, but cannot see the answers or edit the form.
If you want others to be able to see the responses and edit the form, you can share it with collaborators.
1. In the Google form, click on the three dots in the upper right corner of the screen. The menu will appear.
2. Select Add Collaborator. A window will appear. The window contains a share link, but you must add someone as a collaborator before they can access the link. You can send email invitations to people just like you would with Google Docs.

3. To make the form public, click on the word “Edit…” in the middle of the window. A new window will appear. The default setting for your form will be closed, so it can only be shared with certain people. However, you can change this so that anyone with the link can collaborate. You can also publish the form online.
4. When you’re done adding collaborators, click the blue Save button in the lower left corner of the window to close it.
