In the back of my mind, I thought that reminding him that his system wasn’t perfect would make me feel better about the fact that mine was too. This is an unnecessary and defensive reaction.
Pointing out other people’s mistakes does not fix your mistakes. Thank people for raising your awareness, even if it’s not required.
