Your blood sugar can also drop dramatically at night, so try eating a small breakfast at night and first thing when you wake up to reduce nausea.

I was able to reduce them by focusing on more carb options paired with very simple fats and proteins (forget any meat or green vegetables!) Below are some blood sugar balancing options you can try.
