Pay attention to your specific symptoms and use the chart below to determine if your symptoms are often caused by COVID-19 or other common respiratory illnesses.
If your symptoms are more consistent with a cold or flu, treat your symptoms with over-the-counter medications or home remedies. You can also stay home and avoid close contact with others to prevent the spread of your illness. Finally, since many of the symptoms of this upper respiratory infection are closely related, it doesn’t hurt to get a family COVID-19 test if you have access to it.
If you think it’s an allergy, start with an over-the-counter medication that works for you. Again, don’t be afraid to test for COVID-19 at home if you have it. Sorry, not safe?

Things You Can Do If You Think You Are A Slow Learner
How we look at our mistakes in life has more of an impact on our lives than anything else in our lives.
Do you make a mistake and immediately start thinking of excuses for why things went wrong or why you didn’t make a mistake? I hope not. This is not a good feature. Unfortunately, I spent years making excuses instead of learning and growing.
We must understand that we are not perfect. This may sound silly to some, but we also need to understand that we are not perfect. We have to accept that sometimes things go wrong, even if we try very hard to prevent it from happening.
If you always think you’re right, you won’t be able to properly handle mistakes or errors. You can’t learn from your mistakes. If you admit that you don’t know everything and that you can make mistakes, you cannot be a person who can grow and develop.

You always make excuses, I really don’t. I readily admit that I don’t know everything. I am learning many new things. When something goes wrong, sometimes I get frustrated and even depressed. The difference today is that I try to see mistakes as opportunities to learn and grow, rather than personal failures.
Since adopting this philosophy, I am much happier. Now I’ve realized that if I don’t know something, I can figure it out. I can learn and achieve anything I put my mind to.
You’re going to struggle with it, and that’s okay. It takes time to change your life. There is no magic pill that can change you. If you’re reading this, you’re on the right track.
