I believe this mantra will stop anger and maintain inner calm Take a deep breath and remember that you can achieve anything you want.

“I breathe calm and breathe out poison” is my favorite mantra when I’m feeling angry and resentful. Don’t just recite the mantra, follow this too. Breathe in, hold your breath and think of anything positive that brings a smile to your face. With every breath, make sure your thoughts change from negative to positive. Inhaling is exhaling when you are stressed, anxious or depressed. It is a mantra package.
There are two situations, one controllable and the other uncontrollable. The advice is to identify the situation and act accordingly. Work on things that can be controlled. and leave a situation they cannot control. Recite “how it is” to remind yourself that the situation is out of your control and there is nothing you can do about it. Acceptance comes from within, accept the unexpected and move on! Life is too short to be upset about things that are not in our situation.
Once you have learned the art of distancing, another thing to learn is to distract yourself from any negative energy. Teach yourself that no one can destroy your peace and tranquility, no matter how hard they try. Whenever you experience such an event, repeat “No energy can disturb the peace of my body and mind” and watch the magic of tension and anxiety disappear instantly!

The lyrics of the song are very motivational and I got the inspiration of this mantra only with this song. Repeat, quit, quit until you start feeling better again.
