Dizziness is subjective, says Dr. Honaker. How you experience dizziness may be different from someone else. “People who experience dizziness, vertigo, or imbalance may describe it as vertigo. But that’s really his own definition,” he explains. “Vertigo is best described as a feeling of spatial disorientation or disruption of one’s surroundings.”

But the antidote is simple. “It can take time to rehydrate your body, so drink more and eat well throughout the day.
