A typical day in mum’s plate sees Julia enjoying fruit juice, banana and fruit for breakfast, before snacking on a cup of tea and some Greek yoghurt with fruit in the early morning.

Julia said that one of the biggest things that affected her body transformation was cutting down on sugar.

“I’ve also embraced meal prep and practiced several recipes, so I was never without healthy food on hand and I tried to eat unhealthy,” she said.
